The Regional Sales Executive is the catalyst behind Trash Butler’s success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the Regional Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through signing of Business-to-Business contracts, bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers in the multi-family industry. Regional Account Executive is responsible for all client/opportunities in their respected geography as it pertains to the Trash Butler service offering. They fulfill a vital role of leveraging leads, prospecting new leads, handling different sales scenarios and ultimately closing deals.

Regional Account Executive helps solve the client needs by aligning with the solutions Trash Butler offers.


  • Prospect for new business in the Multi-Family industry
  • Farm existing client relationships for referrals and potential global contracts
  • Collaborate with peers and management around ways to continually improve the sales organization
  • Identify client needs and effectively understand and respond to client objections
  • Be proactive and persistent in all aspects of opportunity development
  • Establish yourself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to the prospects/communities
  • Assist in creating an environment of team work and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence/transparency


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or 4 years related experience and training or a combination of the two.
  • Proactive in adopting sales best practices
  • Professional verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of understanding and urgency for priorities
  • Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objections
  • Intermediate or above level computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • Multi-Family Experience a plus


Selling skills, Sales Approach, Closing Ability, retaining clients (Loyalty), Selling Knowledge, Insight Generation, Strategic Skills, Social Selling/Reach, Business Case Development, and Salesforce CRM
